Sometimes you just have to take a deep breath and slow down

Today I attended the #pampermumpretty function held by #youbabyandi at #SherbetAngel. At first I felt very guilty for leaving my baby at home with my mum….here are a few things I learnt today:

  1. It’s important to have some “me time”.
  2. Happy mum= happy baby.
  3. It’s okay to go out without baby and hubby sometimes.
  4. It’s good to spoil yourself. As moms we become too engrossed in baby’s needs that we forget our own.
  5. Embrace your post baby body….after all…it created a miracle.
  6. It’s important to socialise with other adults in order to remain sane.

And Most Importantly remember that….
